You can find stuffed date recipes all over the internet and social media, but THESE! These are made with maple-caramel almond butter which is sweet, salty and crunchy. It gives a lot of flavor and texture to this simple snack, but you can use any nut or seed butter to make it easily at home!

  • • 8 pitted dates

    • 1/2c Georgia Grinders Maple-Caramel Almond Butter

    • 1/4c chocolate chips

    • 1/2tsp coconut oil

    1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Slice one side of each date and open them up.

    3. Take 1/2tbsp-1tbsp nut butter and place in each date. It shouldn’t spill over.

    4. Place in freezer for 1 hour.

    5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil on low heat in a small saucepan.

    6. Remove dates from freezer.

    7. Drizzle chocolate over each date.

    8. Return to freezer for 10 minutes, or until chocolate hardens.

    9. Store in fridge and enjoy!

  • Open up each date and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Take 1/2tbsp-1tbsp nut butter and place in each date. It shouldn’t spill over. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
