White Wine Roasted Sausage, Peppers & Potato
This one pan meal is easy, delicious and comes together with little work. I added the white white for a flavor boost, but if you don’t drink wine, you can simply leave this out and add in another tbsp of olive oil.

WHITE WINE ROASTED SAUSAGE, PEPPERS & POTATO
-
To start, preheat your oven to 400f. The prep work is simple here: slice peppers and onions, cut potatoes in half and poke sausages with a fork 2-3 times. Toss all ingredients in olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. Add all ingredients to a pan. Roast for 30 minutes.
-
Once your meal is roasted for 30 minutes, remove and pour white wine over the pan. Toss a little to make sure it is evenly distributed. Return to the oven for 20 minutes.
If you are not adding wine, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
