AIR FRYER CHICKEN FAJITA BOWLS

These Air Fryer Chicken Fajita Bowls are the perfect meal for lunch, dinner or meal prep. They are tasty from the taco seasoning, and perfectly cooked by using the air fryer. You can serve these by themselves, but making it into a bowl with rice is the perfectly balanced meal. We added some greens for some color.

STEP-BY-STEP

  • Slice your peppers, onions and chicken into strips, then toss with olive oil and taco seasoning so the mixture is well coated.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN FAJITA BOWLS

  • Add ½ of the mixture to your air fryer basket in one good layer. Cook at 400f for 8 minutes. Once finished, toss the mixture then return to cook for another 6 minutes. Remove this mixture and add in the other half.

  • Your finished mixture depends on the chicken, so check a piece of your chicken to make sure its cooked through. If it needs more time, 4 minutes will do.
